Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if:

• The product is unavailable
• The order was paid but not delivered
• Payment was made twice (duplicate transaction) 

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not offered for:

• Change of mind after the product is purchased
• Incorrect address or unreachable customer
• Delays caused by shops or traffic 

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via original payment method.
