By using our delivery service, you agree that we are only a logistics and delivery service provider and do not sell, manufacture, store, or inspect any products. We do not accept or deliver tobacco products, smoking-related items, alcoholic beverages, or any items that are illegal or strictly prohibited by the government. Customers and vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that all items comply with applicable laws. We are not responsible for any damaged, defective, infected, contaminated, expired, or low-quality products, and all product-related responsibility lies entirely with the respective vendor or seller. The billing amount shared with customers is based on the vendor’s price or invoice, and we do not control product pricing. Our responsibility is limited only to collecting items from the vendor and delivering them to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.

Service Usage

- Accurate order and delivery information must be provided
Payments
- Full payment (product cost + delivery fee) must be made before purchase

- Delays due to shops, traffic, public holidays, or weather
- Quality of items supplied by third-party shops
- Loss due to incorrect user information
